Cristiano Ronaldo Scores Versus Toronto FC
Cristiano Ronaldo and the rest of the Real Madrid Football Team were welcomed to Toronto Ontario, Canada with open arms for their friendly versus Toronto FC.
The game took place last night at a Full BMO Field. Toronto FC managed to stay in the game for the first five minutes, but from then on, it was game over. The game ended in a 5-1 victory for Los Blancos, with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring the second goal of the game.
Ronaldo also took time to sign autographs for fans during his brief stay in Toronto, as well as fulfilling a young Leukemia survivor’s dream of meeting the Portugal International.
Marcel Pineiro fought Leukemia with severe anemia for the course of one year. During that very trying time, he clung to life for a period of three months. His dream of meeting fellow countryman, Cristiano Ronaldo has come true.
“I am very nervous and very excited. I have always dreamed about meeting Cristiano Ronaldo and it has finally come true,” said an emotional Marcel.
